Job summary

Capital One is seeking a technical security product leader to deliver game-changing cybersecurity solutions based on threat, data, and design thinking. You will develop risk-based, data-driven roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams to translate vision into actionable initiatives.

You will advise executives on business and technology risk, recruit and mentor teams, and drive products from concept to scale in enterprise security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology.
• At least 2 years of experience translating cybersecurity strategy and analysis into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk-based, data-driven strategy and roadmaps for enterprise security services.
• Analyze and select alternatives based on threat, risk, feasibility, and viability.
• Advise executive decision makers based on business and technology risk.
• Lead RFI/RFPs to assess the market and procure cyber solutions.
• Lead product backlog grooming to translate vision into initiatives with clear acceptance criteria.
• Maintain credibility with your team and with partners across the enterprise.
• Iterate quickly and see products through to production and scale.
• Establish product value propositions, metrics, and key indicators.
• Recruit, motivate, mentor and lead those around you to be their best.
