Job summary

Capital One National Association seeks a Lead Cybersecurity Product Manager for Network Security. You will bridge executive risk conversations with deep technical control and design thinking to align roadmaps with engineering needs and business value.

You will drive threat-based, data-driven strategy, manage product backlogs, and mentor teams while partnering with engineering and operations to deliver scalable security solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology.
• At least 2 years of experience translating cybersecurity strategy into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk-based, data-driven strategy and roadmaps for enterprise security services with engineering and ops partners.
• Lead backlogs, translate vision into initiatives with clear acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Advise executives on risk-grounded decisions and drive build-vs-buy analyses.
• Lead RFIs/RFPs and manage cross-functional security projects across teams.
