Job summary

Capital One is seeking a technical security product leader to deliver game-changing cybersecurity solutions based on threat, data, and design thinking. You will translate executive risk conversations into roadmaps and security products that enable the business at scale.

You will partner with engineering and operations, analyze options, drive adoption of threat-informed controls, and lead end-to-end product lifecycle from evaluation to enterprise rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience translating cybersecurity strategy into product requirements.
• Experience leading enterprise cybersecurity projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills interacting with senior management and executives.
• Experience in regulated financial services or tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a risk-based, data-driven strategy and roadmaps for enterprise security services in partnership with engineering and operations.
• Analyze and select security solutions based on threat, risk, feasibility and viability.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes to assess the market and procure cyber solutions.
• Maintain technical credibility with teams and partners across the enterprise.
• Iterate and shepherd security products from concept to production and scale.
