Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Business Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Leader (BCIL) to partner with the Digital organization, guiding cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure programs to secure growth and operational excellence. You will influence senior leaders and align security with business objectives.

The role emphasizes strategic engagement, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on safeguarding enterprise IT through global and local teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years in IT, Information Security, Compliance, and/or Audit with proven delivery.
• Strong understanding of IT security technologies across infrastructure, apps, and operations.
• Experience interpreting security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of legal/regulatory landscape related to security and privacy.
• Proven ability to communicate at all levels and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mutual awareness on strategic initiatives and priorities across our global business.
• Serve as primary Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure contact for the Digital organization.
• Communicate risks and strategies to senior leadership with regular status reporting.
• Assist Digital in achieving objectives while managing risk and defining Cybersecurity requirements.
• Support strategic programs to ensure timely, practical Cybersecurity & Infrastructure engagement.
• Promote best Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure practices and policies.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and IT resources to support objectives.
• Ensure robust, scalable, and secure IT Infrastructure.
