Delaware North is seeking a Senior Director of Cybersecurity Strategy, Architecture & Engineering to lead our security strategy and engineering at our Buffalo, NY headquarters. The role drives enterprise-wide security architectures and aligns with corporate systems, including SSO capabilities, from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, business administration, risk management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of total information security experience with 3 years of management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, incident response, and threat intelligence practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's goals and risk management framework.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers, promoting growth and excellence.
• Architect security infrastructure and consult with owners to ensure designs meet business needs.
• Create long-term security strategies aligned with organizational goals, risks, and trends.
• Lead engineering to integrate cybersecurity solutions, including SSO and system integrations.
• Manage cybersecurity projects to deliver value and enhance security posture.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed cybersecurity in strategic planning and daily operations.
