Job summary

Dynamed Solutions, LLC is seeking a Director, Enterprise Security Design to define and advance our security architecture strategy. You will embed security into business and technology initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and driving security-by-design across the enterprise.

The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity, with strong experience in security architecture, governance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience securing hybrid environments (cloud, on‑prem, SaaS).
• Experience developing enterprise security strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and presenting risk-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Establish security-by-design framework across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and data.
• Lead security risk reviews for strategic initiatives and major implementations.
• Present security risks, recommendations, and investment priorities to executive leadership.
• Define security standards, reference architectures, and engineering guardrails.
• Lead security transformation initiatives and serve as the primary security advisor to tech leaders.
