Delaware North in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Senior Director of Cybersecurity Strategy, Architecture & Engineering for a full-time, onsite role. You will lead a high-impact team, shape enterprise security strategy, and ensure security designs align with business goals.

You’ll drive risk management, oversee security architecture, coordinate with stakeholders, and grow the security program with modern technologies like SSO, encryption, and identity management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of information security experience with 3 years in management.
• CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, incident response, and threat intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers.
• Architect security infrastructure to meet business needs.
• Own the engineering of cybersecurity integrations across the organization (SSO, encryption).
