Delaware North is seeking a Senior Director of Cybersecurity Strategy, Architecture & Engineering to join our global headquarters team in Buffalo, NY. The role leads the cybersecurity framework, architects security systems, and engineers solutions including SSO, aligning with the enterprise vision.

You will develop and implement strategy, mentor engineers, and drive security initiatives from concept to deployment while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, business administration, risk management, or related field.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
• Extensive experience in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, incident response, and threat intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the company's goals and risk management framework.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers, promoting growth, operational excellence, and innovation.
• Architect security infrastructure and ensure designs align with business needs; integrate cybersecurity solutions across the organization (including SSO).
• Create long-term security strategies aligned with organizational goals, risks, and trends.
• Manage key cybersecurity projects to deliver value and improve security posture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity into strategic planning and daily operations.
