Job summary

GM Financial is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to lead the development and delivery of a full cybersecurity program for GMF, protecting information, applications and infrastructure from threats and ensuring compliance with regulations. You’ll report to executive leadership and collaborate across Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response and Architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field; relevant experience acceptable.
• Experience in cloud security and secure DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of web/mobile security, IAM, and information governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive Cybersecurity program for GMF to protect information, apps, and infrastructure.
• Lead security controls, requirements, processes, and secure architecture across IT projects.
• Assess risks, conduct vulnerability analyses, and advise on security policy changes.
