Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Cyber Security to join its Information Security team. This role leads enterprise-wide security strategy, strengthens security operations, and protects Clarivate's systems, products, data, and customers across healthcare, life sciences, and regulated environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 12+ years in cyber security, including regulated environments (healthcare / life sciences).
• 5+ years leading cyber security teams or programs.
• Familiar with healthcare and life sciences requirements (GxP, FDA, HIPAA, 21 CFR 11).
• Experience defining enterprise cyber security strategy, roadmaps, controls, and operating models.
• Experience with security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, threat monitoring, or cyber risk management.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS Controls or equivalent frameworks.
• Ability to translate cyber risk and metrics for senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute cyber security strategy, roadmap, and operating model to reduce enterprise risk.
• Lead security programs across operations, incident response, vulnerability management, security engineering, and compliance.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and business leaders to embed security in products and processes.
• Oversee monitoring, escalation, investigation, and response for security incidents with internal and external coordination.
• Improve security controls, policies, standards, dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
• Identify security gaps, prioritize remediation with technology and product teams.
• Support audit, certification, and customer assurance activities; ensure measurable practices.
• Develop and lead a high-performing cyber security team with coaching and prioritization.
• Communicate risk, program performance, and incident trends to executives.
