Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Pennsylvania to act as the front-line contact for customers, handling inquiries and orders for construction equipment. The role emphasizes excellent communication, problem solving, and professional service.

You will negotiate contracts, coordinate deliveries, and support sales initiatives while ensuring compliance with Sunbelt safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of equipment rental experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction equipment and pricing policy.
• Strong telephone skills and excellent written and oral communication.
• Solid computer skills.
• Able to read instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides responsive, exemplary customer service and processes rental/purchase orders.
• Determines customer equipment needs and suggests alternatives.
• Negotiates price/volume; coordinates deliveries and collections.
• Manages rental contracts and verifies invoices and credits.
• Assists in training and development for new hires in the district.
