Conagra Brands is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to understand end-to-end processes and act as the primary liaison with assigned retail customers.

You will drive continuous improvement across logistics execution, manage customer scorecards, and partner with sales to boost profitability, with up to 25% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience incl. warehousing, transportation, S&OP, or customer service.
• Experience with business systems; SAP experience desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Understand end-to-end supply chain for Conagra Brands and customers, including downstream impacts of logistics strategies.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve logistics execution and customer service.

• Manage execution of customer logistics policies and programs.
• Manage customer performance scorecards and KPIs and provide insights to improve results.
• Partner across functions to address supply chain efficiency and service improvements.
• Lead periodic supply chain business reviews and joint business planning with select customers.
• Partner with sales teams to support increased sales and improved profitability.
• Identify primary cost-to-serve drivers and develop cost-reduction action plans.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

Understand the end-to-end supply chain for Conagra Brands and its customers, including downstream impacts of logistics execution strategies across functions.

Challenge the status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities that improve logistics execution and customer service.

Advocate for a customer-centric approach across the supply chain organization and develop a strong understanding of key customer supply chain performance measures, department structures, and networks.

Serve as the primary supply chain liaison between Conagra Brands and assigned retail customers, managing and strengthening supply chain relationships.

Manage the execution of Conagra Brands customer logistics policies and programs.

Manage customer performance scorecards and key performance indicators and provide insights to improve results.

Partner across functions to address supply chain efficiency and service improvement opportunities.

Lead periodic supply chain business reviews and joint business planning sessions with select customers.

Partner with Conagra Brands sales teams to support increased sales and improved profitability.

Identify primary cost-to-serve drivers and develop action plans to reduce costs without negatively affecting service.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

Bachelor's degree.

5+ years of supply chain experience, including warehousing, transportation, sales and operations planning, or customer service.

Experience with business systems; SAP experience is desirable.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation

Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
