Job summary

RoadRunner Recycling Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to be the primary point of contact for customers, driving retention, loyalty, and growth opportunities while ensuring satisfaction with services.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams, and serve as a bridge between customers and operations, with 8:30am-5:30pm EST work hours and a salary of $23.07–$26.44 per hour plus a 5% annual discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a corporate customer service setting.
• Ability to learn new software and systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree OR 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success B2B role.

Responsibilities

• 50% - Responsible for Customer Health oversight and resolution across supporting areas, partnering with internal teams.
• 35% - Lead customer expansion and margin opportunities, acting as quarterback for cross-functional workstreams.
• 15% - Perform retention and off-boarding activities.
