Pushpay Holdings Limited seeks a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market to proactively manage a portfolio of SME and MM accounts. You will drive adoption, engagement, and value realization, including attending local quarterly onsite visits to strengthen relationships.

You will focus on coaching customers, expanding renewals, and guiding upsell opportunities while mitigating churn in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer success management or equivalent experience.
• Managed 100+ accounts previously.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage SME and MM customers
• Attend local quarterly onsites
• Upsell, downsell, hardware, and churn goals
• Strategize renewals and expansion opportunities
• Coach and train customers
• Communicate and track roadblocks and customer trends within book
• Supportive of House of Worship mission and goals
