Job summary

Resi Media, LLC, a Pushpay company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market with a hybrid work setup in Allen, TX. You will proactively manage SME and MM customers, attend local quarterly onsites, and drive upsell and renewals while coaching customers to maximize value from Resi solutions.

You will build strong relationships, guide adoption and usage, and collaborate with teams to mitigate churn and expand revenue across a portfolio.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer success management or equivalent experience.
• Managed 100+ accounts previously.
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical products quickly.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage SME and MM customers.
• Attend local quarterly onsites.
• Upsell, downsell, hardware, and churn goals.
• Strategize renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Coach and train customers.
• Communicate and track roadblocks and customer trends within book.
• Supportive of House of Worship mission and goals.
