Job summary

Pushpay's Resi Media, LLC, a Pushpay company, seeks a Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market to drive adoption and value for a portfolio of SME and MM accounts. You will nurture relationships, coach customers, and coordinate onsite engagements to ensure successful deployment and usage of Resi products.

You will focus on net expansion, churn mitigation, and strategic renewals while collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional support, in a hybrid Allen, TX environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer success management or equivalent experience.
• Managed 100+ accounts previously.
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical products quickly.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage SME and MM customers.
• Attend local quarterly onsites.
• Upsell, downsell, hardware, and churn goals.
• Strategize renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Coach and train customers.
• Communicate and track roadblocks and customer trends within book.
• Supportive of House of Worship mission and goals.
