HelpfulRemote is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of 40–50 mid-market accounts, guiding onboarding, adoption and retention. You’ll monitor health metrics, craft success plans tied to business goals, and drive renewal discussions with stakeholders.

Collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to expand usage, identify upsell opportunities, and run periodic business reviews that demonstrate value.
