Job summary

Creatio is seeking a Customer Success Executive with Financial Services experience to manage LATAM market accounts. The role focuses on maintaining strategic relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to executives, and ensuring successful delivery across enterprise projects.

You will drive value realization, improve ROI, and grow the customer portfolio with zero churn while leveraging CRM, BPM, LC/NC, and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B account management or project management with Enterprise US accounts (Financial Services preferred).
• Experience with CRM, BPM, LC/NC, AI solutions is a plus.
• English language skills and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with strategic Corporate & Enterprise customers across the US.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives, including C-level stakeholders.
• Audit delivery processes in implementations and preempt issues.
