Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in customer success, professional services, enablement, or related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and coordinating execution.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating needs into practical programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an enablement strategy aligned with business priorities and role expectations.
• Shape onboarding and ongoing development for Customer Success Managers and related roles.
• Build governance, roadmaps, and operating rhythms to manage requests and dependencies.
• Coordinate with enablement, product, marketing, and operations to prepare teams for evolving products.
• Lead learning sessions and measure enablement effectiveness through data and feedback.
