Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a client-facing Consultant to join our Work Anywhere team in a remote role. You will partner with customers to align their processes with Veeva Vault capabilities, acting as a trusted advisor across life sciences deployments.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, independent work across multiple accounts, and strong English communication. Prior consulting experience is preferred, and travel is limited to under 10%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience.
• Strong at meeting with stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to work independently across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical solution designs and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer stakeholders to align business processes with Veeva Vault’s core capabilities.
• Translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending industry best practices, mitigating risks, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead requirements gathering, perform system configurations, and manage full-lifecycle build, test, and deployment activities. No coding required.
• Help customers evaluate, test, and adopt new Veeva product releases and cutting-edge features to maximize value.
• Clearly articulate complex technical and functional concepts to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, seamlessly connecting customer stakeholders with internal teams.
• Establish strategies, monitor cross-project dependencies, and proactively advise customers on ongoing optimizations.
• You will be assigned to a product to build depth in Clinical, Safety, Quality, or Regulatory.
