Qualifications

• Analytical skills to identify and resolve problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• English fluency required; bilingual preferred.
• Data entry proficiency with accurate keyboard skills.
• Experience in a call center environment or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ process: gather material, collect customer info, maintain quotes.
• Serve as primary contact for strategic customers and sales staff.
• Provide prompt updates on orders and communicate challenges.
• Assess costs, production schedules, and order entries to meet needs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability.
• Initiate and monitor multiple projects through development and fulfillment.
• Prepare quotations and ensure quotes align with costing and invoicing.
