Job summary

The CSR will record and process orders, run reports, and provide pricing and production schedule information.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify and solve issues with focus on root cause.

Responsibilities

• Represent Smurfit Westrock to customers and act as liaison between customer, sales and operations.
• Receive and process routine orders and inquiries.
• Provide pricing, inventory availability and production schedule information to customers.
• Track order activity and update customers on status and any delivery problems.
• Resolve routine customer issues in coordination with Quality Manager.
