Job summary

Phillips and Temro Industries is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager in Minnesota to lead the Customer Service team and align service delivery with company objectives. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5–7 years in customer service, with SAP ERP experience. Benefits include health coverage, 401K, PTO, and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and manages daily Customer Service operations.
• Evaluates staff performance and provides training and coaching.
• Maintains customer service levels and implements quality improvements.
• Manages complex customer issues and ensures resolution.
• Documents and maintains OEM work instructions and portal access.
• Oversees EDI processes and coordinates with IT and ROI justification.
• Ensures on-time and complete product shipments in collaboration with Shipping.
• Analyzes customer scorecards and order status communications.
• Coordinates with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering for accurate information.
