Job summary

Philips is seeking a Service Internal Project Manager to guide critical service programs and projects, aligning with business process experts and functional leaders. You will oversee scope, budget, resources, timelines, risks, and quality while driving cross-functional ERP/CRM implementations and PMO development.

You will mentor junior project managers and service innovation engineers, translate complex needs into actionable plans, and collaborate with senior leaders to set priorities and drive

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years in project/program management.
Experience with ERP/CRM implementations in healthcare or tech.
Medical Device or regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact service programs and projects from initiation to delivery.
Develop project plans and manage scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across ERP/CRM implementations.
