Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Rogers, AR is seeking a Customer Planning Manager to join the Customer Business Team. The CPM drives profitable growth through improved planning, forecasting, gross margin and market share delivery across our national footprint.

You will lead monthly forecasting, implement forecast bias routines, and optimize trade spend to maximize ROI. Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills are required, with proficiency in Excel and data systems.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills.
• Experience using syndicated data to build category insights and plans.
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously within a CBT framework.
• Polished written, verbal, and presentation skills for influencing decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new systems such as Scintilla, Retail Link.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Field sales, Finance and RGM to improve planning and forecasting.
• Lead monthly forecasting routine and deliver consistent results.
• Implement forecast bias routine with monthly share outs to CBT leadership.
• Achieve trade plan objectives to maximize ROI.
• Mitigate and manage pricing discrepancies and deductions.
• Manage item setup and item maintenance in customer systems.
• Maintain files and documentation detailing business transactions.
