Job summary

Mondelēz International in East Hanover, New Jersey, seeks a Customer Operations Analyst to drive fill rate and execution excellence by coordinating between Supply Chain, Sales and external partners. You will enter POs in NetSuite, manage EDI, support demand planning, communicate with brokers and customers, and help with repacks, samples and promotions.

This role emphasizes ERP/Systems analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and timely order management to ensure on-time, in-full delivery

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP and Netsuite order processing.
• Strong coordination between Sales, Supply Chain and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Enter PO orders into NetSuite in a timely manner.
• Coordinate EDI order support and new customer setup.
• Liaise with planning for supply mitigation and order allocations.
• Communicate with brokers and buyers on customer needs.
• Resolve PO discrepancies and stock availability requests.
• Submit customer acknowledgments and approvals.
• Support sample processing and promotional activities.
• Manage repack/repurpose inventory with 3rd party vendors.
• Provide quality risk mitigation support.
• Coordinate shipper forecasts with Demand Planning.
