Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) is seeking a Customer Marketing Lead to develop positioning, messaging, and customer marketing plans across ARC's solutions. You will conduct market research, define segments, and partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to enable adoption, engagement, retention and expansion.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience considered.
• Airline, travel industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into customer benefits.
• Proven ability to develop messaging and positioning strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Define market segments and customer needs through market research.
• Create product messaging, marketing plans, and sales enablement assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Product Management and Sales.
• Lead customer engagement programs and advocacy initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
