Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) seeks a Senior Director, Data Platform Engineering to define the strategic vision and roadmap for ARC's enterprise data platform. You will drive scalable, secure data capabilities enabling analytics, AI, and BI across the organization, providing technology leadership and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Eng, IS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in data engineering/architecture, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms and leading teams.
• Experience with modern data platform technologies (cloud data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data lake/lakehouse).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Own and advance ARC's enterprise data platform to meet current and future data needs.
• Lead modernization: data integration, quality, observability, automation, and AI-ready architecture.
• Define multi-year data engineering capability and workforce strategy; staffing and structure.
• Lead and develop a high-performing data engineering organization.
• Partner with AI engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure for AI.
• Collaborate with Security to enforce governance, access controls, and data retention.
