Ryder in Austin, TX is hiring a Customer Logistics Manager (Transportation) to oversee day-to-day operations within our Supply Chain Solutions division. You will manage dispatch, DOT, and shuttle functions, lead a team, and drive operational goals with a focus on safety and service.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with international teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Competenze

• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience
• Proficiency in MS Office required; advanced proficiency
• Logistics industry knowledge required
• Knowledge of customer/company regulations (local and federal) and supply chain components

• Oversee day-to-day operations within assigned function and manage operations and account management goals
• Lead direct reports and ensure achievement of daily operational targets and safety compliance
