Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year in warehouse, transportation, logistics or distribution.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of transportation, warehouse or distribution operations preferred.
• Familiarity with routing and dispatching software and safety regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line supervision and assign work to hourly staff.
• Handle payroll/billing and maintain attendance records.
• Manage dispatch/routing and driver communications.
• Maintain A/P/logs and KPI reporting.
• Support SOX invoice reconciliation and process improvements.
