Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Customer Logistics Manager in Austin, TX. The role leads day-to-day operations, oversees transportation/dispatch, and manages accounts to meet daily goals with a focus on service and regulatory compliance.

The position is salaried with pay range $75,000–$78,000, with standard benefits and opportunities for leadership development. Expected hours are first shift, Mon–Thu, 6:00am–6:00pm, in Austin.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required.
• Knowledge of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required.
