Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in sales, experience with Nielsen/IRI data, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite. Hybrid work with travel 25% and salary range USD 124,000–174,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a sales role or related experiences.
• Experience with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI) and account data.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite.
• Experience working in consumer packaged goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain processes to analyze the customer’s business channels (clinics, stores, .com).
• Leads and implements customer meetings to influence support of Hill’s Go-to-Market plans.
• Develop and implement annual strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the commercial goals.
• Establish partnerships with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Customize shopper programs with Hill’s shopper marketing to drive incremental retail sales.
• Use data sources to create fact-based selling stories for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Hill’s Business Development Manager & Retail Marketing to execute brand strategy within investment guidelines.
• Drive forward actions in monthly customer planning meetings to review actuals vs plan.
