Qualifications

• 7+ years in a sales role or related experience.
• Experience working with syndicated services (Nielsen, IRI, and account data sources).
• Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Experience working in consumer product goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain processes to analyze customer channels (clinics, stores, .com).
• Leads and implements customer meetings to influence support of Hill’s Go-to-Market plans.
• Develop and implement annual strategic plans to achieve commercial goals.
• Establish partnerships with internal and external cross-functional teams with trust and integrity.
• Customize shopper programs with Hill’s shopper marketing to drive incremental retail sales.
• Use multiple data sources to create fact-based selling stories for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Hill’s Business Development Manager & Retail Marketing to execute brand strategy.
• Drive monthly customer planning meetings to review actuals vs plan with management and finance.
• Identify opportunities and develop 6P strategies considering consumer insights and competition.
