Job summary

Krayden, Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Specialist in Westminster, CO. This on-site role supports national accounts, processes orders, tracks issues, and coordinates with Sales, Shipping, Inventory, and Accounting to ensure customer satisfaction.

The position requires strong communication, ERP/CRM experience, and a proactive approach to cost reduction and efficiency. Schedule is onsite Mon–Fri 8am–5pm in Westminster.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• 1+ year Customer Service experience in a high email environment; Distribution or Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Strong PC and computer software experience including Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and CRM.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Exceptional listening, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Single Point-of-Contact for Core customers. Ensure customer’s needs and expectations are met.
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers through proactive communication via email or telephone.
• Partner with sales team to achieve internal sales goals.
• Ensure orders and quotes are entered on time with accurate prices, terms, customer information, dates, item numbers, quantities, shipping instructions.
• Manage all aspects of order cycle to ensure customer satisfaction and interface with customers across channels (portal, EDI, fax, email).
• Has authorization to approve expedites and cost overrides when appropriate to ensure service delivery.
• Document and initiate dispute resolution to ensure customer satisfaction; engage sales when necessary.
• Present Krayden, Inc. positively by maintaining procedures and demonstrating ownership and responsiveness.
