Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Seattle is seeking a Senior Sales / Business Development Executive to grow strategic relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 CSPs and mobile network operators across North America, driving revenue by shaping go-to-market strategies and expanding Capgemini Engineering’s footprint within the CSP ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales within the CSP domain.
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in complex, technical sales.
• Deep understanding of mobile network operators, telecom infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies and sales plans for large North American CSPs and mobile network operators.
• Drive new business growth through consultative and value-based selling of Capgemini Engineering’s capabilities.
• Build and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXO, VP, Director) to align solutions with business objectives.
• Lead client engagements including executive presentations, proposals, negotiations, and thought-leadership discussions.
