• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven success in business development or sales within the CSP domain.
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in complex, technical sales.
• Deep understanding of mobile network operators, telecom infrastructure, and CSP digital transformations.
• Ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies for large North American CSPs and mobile network operators.
• Drive new business growth by positioning Capgemini Engineering's engineering, digital, and R&D capabilities via consultative selling.
• Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXO, VP, Director).
• Align Capgemini Engineering solutions with client objectives, roadmaps, and industry trends.
• Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities through account mining and market research.
• Lead client engagements including executive presentations, proposals, negotiations, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with internal delivery, solution, and engineering teams to ensure successful pursuits and client satisfaction.
