Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced Senior Sales/Business Development Executive to grow strategic CSP relationships across North America. The role focuses on revenue growth, GTM strategies, and expanding Capgemini Engineering’s footprint with wireless, wireline, and converged operators.

The candidate will manage executive-level accounts, lead proposals and negotiations, and align Capgemini Engineering solutions with client roadmaps, collaborating across delivery teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field and 10+ years in business development or sales within the CSP domain.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a complex, tech/engineering sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies and sales plans for large North American CSPs and mobile operators.
  • Drive new business growth by positioning Capgemini Engineering’s capabilities through consultative selling.
  • Build and expand long-term relationships with CXO, VP, and Director-level executives.
  • Lead engagements with executive presentations, proposals, negotiations, and thought leadership discussions.
  • Collaborate with delivery, solution, and engineering teams to ensure successful pursuits and client satisfaction.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
