Job summary

FourKites is seeking an ambitious and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will own the day-to-day management of your book of business, build consultative relationships, and partner with Sales to meet business objectives.

You will train customers on the FourKites platform and set actionable goals to optimize their supply chain. You will manage relationships, drive adoption, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate for customer needs across departments to ensure retention

Qualifications

At least 3+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in a Customer Success or Account Management type role at a SaaS company.
Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Demonstrated ability/flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company where fast-paced change is the norm.
Ability to travel 10% or more of the time.

Responsibilities

Own overall relationship with assigned customers, including increasing adoption, driving usage, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each customer and drive continued value of products and services.
Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
Work with customers to establish goals/KPIs and help achieve them.
Facilitate quarterly Executive Business Reviews to review goals, progress and opportunities.
