FourKites, the leader in AI-driven supply chain visibility, is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success in Chicago. You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers, drive strategic account relationships, and partner with Sales, Operations and Product to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

You will hire, coach, and develop talent while advancing CS playbooks and risk management. This role emphasizes growth, customer value realization, and a one-team approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing teams in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
• Strong alignment with customer outcomes and growth objectives.
• Proven ability to coach and develop senior Customer Success Managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team of Customer Success Managers.
• Build executive relationships with strategic accounts and resolve escalations.
• Partner with enablement to advance CS playbooks as the business grows.
• Provide direction, coaching and feedback on day-to-day CS activities.
• Drive account planning, risk mitigation and expansion strategies.
• Identify and mitigate account risk and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support Growth Account Executives, Renewals Manager and CS teams on renewals.
• Hire, onboard and develop team members for career progression.
• Foster a culture of customer success and cross-team collaboration.
• Collaborate with FourKites leaders to ensure a unified approach; travel ~25%.
