Job summary

OpenGov Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Customer Success Manager II who stewards a portfolio of ~80 public‑sector clients, driving adoption, retention and expansion. You’ll lead executive reviews, coordinate with Product and Engineering, and translate customer insights into roadmap input.

This role rewards a proactive, data‑driven relationship builder with strong commercial sense and the ability to navigate government needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within the SaaS industry.
• Experience managing a large book of business (50+ accounts).
• Comfort discussing budgets, renewal contracts and objections.
• GovTech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for customers, moving beyond reactive support.
• Identify at-risk accounts and develop plans to stabilize usage and renewals.
• Manage full renewal cycle and drive high net revenue retention.
• Conduct executive business reviews to align OpenGov’s value with budgets.
• Advocate for customers with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
• Refine churn prevention and onboarding processes.
