Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Industrial Automation in Denver, CO. The role focuses on growing and retaining Rexel's Annual Recurring Revenue by leveraging data and cross-functional collaboration with sales, product specialists and services.

You will lead customer kick-offs, adoption reviews, and executive meetings to ensure objectives are met, maintain strong relationships, and drive value for customers and Rexel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Success Manager experience.
• Prior experience with Rockwell Automation products preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with assigned customers.
• Manage multiple ongoing customer success engagements with recurring reviews.
• Communicate a clear value proposition based on data.
• Lead in-person kickoff meetings, adoption reviews, and executive meetings.
• Support onboarding, expansion, and renewal motions for accounts.
