River AI is seeking a high-ownership problem solver to work across research, engineering, product, hardware, and business functions. You will help shape strategy, untangle complex problems, and move initiatives from idea to execution in a fast-growing AI company.

You will partner with founders and leaders to create clear operating rhythms, connect dots across teams, and accelerate decision-making with AI-enabled research, analysis, and automation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in high-ownership roles (operations, strategy, program management, chief of staff, or consulting).
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving and judgment with practical path-forwarding.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the founders on River AI's top-priority problems and initiatives.
• Turn ambiguity into concrete actions and milestones.
• Build connectivity across functions to ensure context and clarity for fast execution.
• Establish low-friction operating mechanisms to improve decision-making and execution as the company scales.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner with clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
