You will organize governance meetings, prepare Board, regulatory, and senior management materials, manage strategic communications, and advance AI initiatives across CRO Americas with cross-divisional alignment.

• Coordinate executive governance activities for the Americas CRO.
• Prepare materials for Board, regulatory, and senior management forums.
• Manage strategic communications and briefing materials for senior leaders.
• Ensure CRO is prepared for critical internal and external engagements.
• Oversee AI initiatives to drive adoption and productivity across the division.
• Engage senior leadership across CRO regions and the Bank.
• Lead development of executive communications, presentations, and meeting packages.
• Track decisions, actions, and deliverables from executive meetings.
• Highlight critical issues, risks, and priority materials for leadership.
