Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of operational experience across multiple cybersecurity disciplines and crisis management.
• 3+ years in corporate cyber response, incident management, or disaster recovery.
• Strong documentation, executive briefing, and reporting skills.
• Understanding of network architecture, access controls, vulnerability management, and cloud computing.
• Ability to lead enterprise crisis response for severe weather and other crises.

Responsibilities

• Drives commitment and ownership for cyber response and crisis management activities.
• Develops SOPs, incident response playbooks, escalation protocols, and supporting documentation.
• Tests and validates response strategies; communicates results to leadership.
• Coordinates with CISO, legal, privacy, and PSOC to respond to cyber crises.
• Prepares detailed after-action reports and metrics to track program evolution.
• Leads employee incident response training and awareness programs.
