Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a Crisis & Cyber Response Manager to lead the incident response, crisis management and continuity programs. You will coordinate with CISO, legal, PSOC and business units to prepare plans, playbooks and training for enterprise incidents.

The role focuses on scalable response, regulatory alignment, and timely communication during cyber events and natural disasters, with cross-functional leadership across locations.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of operational experience across cybersecurity disciplines and crisis management.
• 3+ years in corporate cyber response, incident response, crisis management, or disaster recovery.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, business processes, or control auditing.
• Strong documentation, tracking, and reporting skills.
• Understanding of network design, access controls, vulnerability management, encryption and cloud.
• Strong problem solving, analytical abilities and business judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask across projects.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with cyber incident response, disaster response, and crisis management fundamentals.
• Familiarity with cyber trends and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

• Drives commitment, ownership, accountability and results for cyber response, incident response, and crisis management activities.
• Assists with program documentation including policies, procedures, frameworks, templates, and creates instructions for regulatory requirements.
• Assists with SOPs and incident playbooks to facilitate response capabilities.
• Validates and tests response strategies; communicates results to leadership.
• Reviews and inputs enterprise response systems, tools, and services for planning and testing.
• Conducts research to support cyber/incident response programs and projects.
• Develops employee incident response training to raise awareness.
• Supports threat and cyber crisis response activities including incident notifications and updates.
• Prepares comprehensive after-action reports with timelines.
• Analyzes trends to recommend improvements across incidents and exercises.
• Tests continuity tools and incident communication systems.
• Maintains cross-location roster of crisis teams and conducts annual trainings.
• Maintains lessons learned and remediation tracker for timely closure.
