Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in adult learning and development.
• At least 1 year of experience in client consulting.
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in adult learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic liaison with instructional designers and delivery partners to ensure learning solutions meet business needs and align with the broader learner journey.
• Needs analysis and scoping: Conduct performance gap analyses to identify opportunities for credit content in response to business priorities.
• Impact and oversight: Monitor execution and ensure all programs achieve defined learning impact goals.
• Collaboration: Maintain a curriculum that is accurate, pedagogically sound, responsive to emerging needs, and aligned with stakeholder objectives.
