Catalyst Brands is seeking a Manager, Credit Growth & Marketing Strategy to lead credit card growth and payment initiatives across Catalyst portfolio brands, reporting to the VP, Consumer Payments and guiding the Director, Consumer Payments.

You will drive new account acquisition, retention, and customer engagement through CRM-driven marketing, partnering with brand marketing, loyalty, store ops, and the issuer to ensure coordinated go-to-market across customer touchpoints.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional marketing initiatives with consistent delivery.
• Customer-focused solution design and measurement.

• Grow Catalyst branded card program sales and meet 5-year objectives.
• Develop and execute acquisition, retention, and lifecycle initiatives across channels.
• Collaborate on CRM-driven credit marketing across touchpoints.

• Support Gift Card promotions with partner brands to strengthen brand representation.
