Job summary

Citizens is seeking an Existing Cardmember Growth Strategist to set strategic direction for the growth of cardmembers by designing and implementing product enhancements, targeted strategies, and loyalty initiatives. You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Marketing and Operations to optimize profitability and portfolio growth.

The role requires leadership across multiple lines of business, building and executing a robust roadmap while ensuring strong P&L performance and adherence to budget

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading ECM growth initiatives for US-based issuers.
• Strong understanding of portfolio KPIs and strategy to drive growth.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage P&L.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage ECM growth roadmap across utilization, growth, retention and margin KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Finance, Operations to meet budgets.
• Oversee product enhancements, campaigns, offers and communications.
• Partner with Finance and PP&A on budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare ad hoc portfolio trend reports and competitive analyses.
