Job summary

Starkey is seeking a Credit and Collection Specialist to balance credit decisions with service excellence. You will review credit applications, monitor risk, and collaborate with sales to protect cash flow while supporting growth.

Responsibilities include releasing orders, negotiating payment plans, managing delinquent accounts, and maintaining accurate records in Oracle Advance Collections. Four to seven years in corporate credit and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of experience in a corporate credit/customer service environment.
• Experience with credit reviews and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with credit systems like Oracle Advance Collections and Experian reports.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new and existing customer credit applications and assess risk.
• Negotiate payment plans and manage delinquencies to protect cash flow.
• Coordinate with sales to address credit worthiness issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reconcile accounts.
