Starkey Hearing Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a Credit and Collection Specialist to manage credit extensions, collect past due balances, and release pending orders promptly. You will analyze financial data, review customer credit risk, and coordinate with sales to optimize cash flow.

The role demands strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and 4–7 years in corporate credit or customer service. A NACM certification and familiarity with Oracle Advance Collections are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• NACM certification (CBF or higher) preferred.
• 4–7 years in a corporate credit/customer service environment.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve credit applications for new and existing customers.
• Monitor risk of large customers using aging and financial reports.
• Collaborate with sales to resolve credit issues and propose solutions.
• Process on-hold orders for prompt release and shipment.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements when appropriate.
• Follow up with past due accounts to collect delinquent balances.
